All Roads Lead to Disney - day 4

We started off this morning by oversleeping.... Whoops! This is vacation, though. We literally ran to make our character breakfast reservation next door at Cape May Cafe in the Beach Club. I took my big camera, so our pictures are mostly on there, including character pictures. But the kids both ate a lot and Tyler and I enjoyed it too!
Mickey waffles are obviously a hit :) both kids loved the characters too. Paisley was a little obsessed about watching them:
They even brought me a cupcake and another birthday button! Pixie dust, y'all!

Then we walked down to catch a ferry over to Hollywood Studios!
We rode on over and walked straight to - you guessed it- Star Tours! Jackson and Tyler went on that while Paisley and I played in a nice shaded area.
Then Jackson got to do what he has been asking to go do since the moment we set foot on property - build a droid!
Paisley and I discussed Clone troopers with this nice young Jedi while we were waiting on the guys.
Then we turned around and me and Jackson went to Star Tours again, because hey, this is Disney World and Jackson is obsessed with Star Wars!
After we rode to Hoth and boarded the Death Star, we decided that we all needed a change of scenery and the lines at the Magic Kingdom weren't too bad per the wait time app. So we boarded a bus and hopped over there.
Pookie was so tired and slept the whole way to the MK and then some!
Me and my lovies! We realized we have barely gotten any pictures of all four of us, but my parents are on their way tomorrow and we hope to get a lot more!
We headed to It's a Small World. P loved it and Jackson was just so-so about it, but it's a classic and it had a short line ;)
After Small World we headed back around to ride the Winnie the Pooh ride. I thought Paisley might enjoy it - and I was so right. She giggled and kicked her feet and talked about every.single.thing! She also learned to say "Pooh" while on this ride! Ha! Here the kids are playing while we were waiting.
After the Pooh ride, we headed to check on the Buzz Lightyear ride, but lines were longer than we wanted to do with squirmy wormy Paisley so we headed up to the Peoplemover to cool off, relax, and be in the shade a little.
At this point Paisley was making us all miserable and Tyler and I were starting to get a little sunburned, so we decided to bus back to the Yacht Club for a quick dinner/snack and cool off. We played in the room for a little while with all of our new fun toys, and snacked and facetimed with Nanny and Sassy & Grandpa (who will be here tomorrow!).

We headed back to the Hollywood Studios on the walking path this time- it's a very pleasant walk when it's not blazing sun! There was a great breeze this evening and the temps were much cooler
This rock band called (something to do with winter and ice and possibly hockey, I seriously can't remember) was playing a dance party at the main stage.
It's apparently the Frozen themed EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE at Hollywood Studios. Jackson's not super into Frozen right now, and he would much rather spend his time riding Star Tours over and over because everyone else is watching Elsa and Anna do... something. So that's what we did!
Back to Star Tours for a couple more rides, did a little more shopping at Tatooine Traders, and then headed back toward the front leisurely to see about these Frozen fireworks that we've seen from the Yacht Club each night.
The band was still playing but this time they were playing great sing-along rock songs, so we camped out until the Anna and Elsa stuff started. Truthfully, we were just in it for the fireworks. About the time it started, Paisley had a terrible dirty diaper and I had to run to the bathroom to deal with it while they were talking, we came back out to the fireworks, and they were all coordinated to the Frozen soundtrack. It was a lot of fun! Then, they made it snow on us as we walked back towards the front of the park.
Whew y'all! I'm tired and going to sleep now. Tomorrow, MK again in the morning and then my parents & two of my brothers arrive in the afternoon!

I can definitely relate to Jackson's love for Star Wars. A couple years ago we went during Star Wars Weekend. It was one of the best moments of my life. I talked with Chewey in his native language from across the Star Wars area and he acknowledged and talked back to me. That was in the top 5 best experiences in the history of the world! I love Disney and loving your blog.
