All Roads Lead to Disney - day 6

Today, I had to stay at the resort this morning with Paisley Pookie because she was running a low grade temperature and had a runny nose and was generally unhappy. She was up all night - I think it's mostly teething and a little cold on top of that. Anyway, I sent Jackson and Tyler off to the Animal Kingdom to have some daddy-son time while Paisley and I enjoyed a leisurely coffee, nap time for her, and then we explored the Yacht and Beach clubs. 

Chairs, chairs, climbing on chairs. She's figured out how to do that while on this trip, and now that's her very favorite thing to do. We went to the Solarium at the Beach Club and ran all our cranky energy out there. We were the only people in there. She had a lot of chairs to explore! 

Meanwhile, Tyler and Jackson were having fun watching Festival of the Lion King, riding on Kilamajaro Safaris, sitting front row for the Finding Nemo musical, riding Dinosaur, and exploring the rest of the Animal Kingdom. 

After they got back, my mom took Jackson to the pool while Paisley, Tyler and I went over to Epcot to wander through the World Showcase. It was HOT. 

Pookie took a little nap while Tyler and I browsed the shops and sampled yummy food. 

Funnel cakes are always a win. 

This Frozen exhibit was interesting. It explained how the animators for the movie visited Norway and took a lot of their inspiration from actual pictures they took while visiting. 

We went back, got Jackson, cooled off and then headed back over to Epcot to meet up with my family.

We have LOVED staying at the Yacht Club. We definitely love the vibe here with the Boardwalk right around the corner and Epcot being so close. It's perfect! 

Oh, Epcot at dusk again. It's really my favorite. 

The guys all went to ride Test Track again while my mom and I took Paisley to Finding Nemo. Grayson came and met us, and the four of us went over to the Mexico pavilion to ride the boat ride and then get some tacos. Apparently this was a car they made while on Test Track: 

After all that, we met up with the guys, and my family went back to the resort. We stayed for fireworks because Jackson just needed to see them again! :) 

It was a fun day, and I'm kind of sad tomorrow is our last day!
